Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Randomly selected adult patients with ESRD on maintenance haemodialysis. 2. who is ready to give consent to study and sample collection are selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute kidney injury 2. Patients with chronic liver disease 3. Patients on peritoneal dialysis

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.To demonstrate lipid levels in blood rise after hemodialysis. 2.lipid components are filtered across the dialysis membrane. Timepoint: 4 hours after initiation of haemodialysis.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Determinants of post dialysis rise determined by multiple factore including ultrafiltration. 2.Fasting lipid levels are not actual lipids for hemodialysis patients.Timepoint: 4 hours after initiation of haemodialysis session.
