Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage I and stage II hypertensive patients diagnosed by doctor, No other diagnosed co-morbidity, People taking medication or not taking medication, Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stage III and Stage IV hypertensive patients diagnosed by doctor, Any diagnosed psychiatric or neurophysiological condition (major depression, dependency disorders, psychosis, anxiety disorder etc.), Coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, or stroke in the previous 3 months, Any lifestyle associated comorbidity other than hypertension, Renal failure more than stage 2, Patients taking Adrenergic alpha 2 Receptor Agonists, Adrenergic alpha Antagonists, Adrenergic Uptake Inhibitors, Analgesics, Guanidines, Calcium channel blockers class of drugs will be excluded, Pregnancy or breastfeeding, People who are currently habituated to nicotine (chewing or smoking) or alcohol

MeasureTime frame
Dopamine, Norepinephrine and Blood PressureTimepoint: Dopamine and Norepinephrine before and after 3 months of intervention and blood pressure will be measured before commencement of the intervention and after completion of every month of intervention till 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood sugar (FBS and PPBS), Lipid profile, Kidney Function Test, Liver Function Test and Erythrocytes Sedimentation Rate Measuring Integral area, Energy field and Entropy through Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV) Timepoint: Measuring blood based tests will be measured before and after 3 months of intervention and Integral area, Energy field and Entropy will be measured before commencement of the intervention and after completion of every month of intervention till 3 months
