Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Males and Females will be included in the study Individuals with age group 40 to 60 years Individuals with Forward Head Posture having Craniovertebral angle less than 50 degree Individuals With Forward head Posture having Pain between 5 to 10 VAS scale Forward Head Posture individuals with impaired balance and cervical position sense

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent history of trauma of cervical Operated case of cervical and thoracic Cervical radiculopathy herniation or stenosis Thoracic outlet syndrome Temporomandibular joint pain Vertebrobasilar artery syndrome Infected and inflammatory arthritis of cervical spine History of any disease of ear
