Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)ASA GRADE 1 and 2 2) Age : 18 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any patient having history of recurrent epistaxis, coagulopathy,recent nasal surgery or any other significant nasal pathology. 2)All pregnant patients 3)Cormack lehane grade more than 2 4)Anticipated difficult airway
