Intervention1: Erector spinae block: Erector spinae block is given with the patient in lateral position on the side of the surgery. 0.125% of 0.5ml/kg of bupivacaine is used.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a)ASA 1 and 2. b) Unilateral inguinal surgeries c) Informed consent from parents/guardian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) History of allergy to local anesthetics b) History of clinically significant cardiac, hepatic, renal or neurological conditions, coagulopathy. c) Local infection at injection sites.
