Intervention1: Guided Meditation: A PROCESS OF GUIDED Meditation session of 20 minutes comprising of progressive relaxation and visualization will be conducted with help of a pre-recorded audio script

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -CKD (KDIGO defination) -eGFR (CKD-EPI) -Patients who are clinically stable (not having suffered from any acute illness) in last 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any solid organ or bone marrow transplant recipient -Active malignancy in last 2 years -Pregnancy (in case of female) -Current immuno-suppressive drug therapy
