Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having clinical symptoms of nidranasha. Fit for shirobasti. Willing to [articipate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of psychiatric illness. Alcoholics. Diagnosed cases of systemic disorders like chronic heart disease, chronic renal failure and chronic liver disease.

MeasureTime frame
Symptoms of insomnia will be assessed and the improvement will be recorded as per Insomnia Severity Index scale.Timepoint: Symptoms of insomnia will be assessed on first(BT), seventh(AT) and fifteenth day(follow up) and the improvement will be recorded as per Insomnia Severity Index scale.
