Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients requiring extraction involving mandibular first and second molar and willing for implant placement. Residual extraction sockets possessing intact bone in all dimensions and an occlusion suitable for planned treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with abusive habits such as smoking or aloholism Pregnant or lactating women Patients suffering from systemic diseases Patients with platelet count less than 200,000/cubic mm Patients with persisting periapical infection following antibiotic therapy Patients contraindicated for implant placement or extraction.
