Health Condition 1: J452- Mild intermittent asthma Health Condition 2: J453- Mild persistent asthma Health Condition 3: J454- Moderate persistent asthma

Interventions

Intervention1: Yoga: A 30 minute Yoga module containing asana, pranayama and relaxation practised regularly for 90 days. The regular conventional medications of the subjects will not be stopped abrupt

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinical diagnosis of Asthma rated mild to moderate 2) Not previously receiving Yoga Therapy 3) Non-smokers or Not smoked for at least 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Clinical diagnosis of Asthma rated severe 2) Smoker ââ?¬â?? within last 6 months 3) Pregnant or lactating women 4) Acute infection within past 6 weeks 5) Associated chronic respiratory disease 6) Any other serious systemic illness
