Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >=6 years of age. 2. Patients with horizontal strabismus (esotropia and exotropia) with deviations ranging from 45 to 60 Prism Dioptres.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomitant strabismus 2. History of previous squint surgery 3. Pattern strabismus (A, V, X , λ) 4. Any associated vertical or horizontal incomitance 5. Patients with systemic neurologic disorders 6. Nystagmus 7. Who had been previously administered botulinum toxin A 8. Vertical deviation
