Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participant should be a nonsmoker. Systolic blood pressure should be below 120mmHg and Diastolic blood pressure should be under 80mmHg. Participant should have an experience in cycling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participant with any Cardiovascular problems or metabolic disorder. Hypertensive individuals Presence of iron deficiency Renal or hepatic disease, Involvement of musculoskeletal injury on the last month Being under treatment for infectious disease Using any type of medication that alters the cardiovascular, hormonal and / or metabolic disorder.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the blood pressure changes pre and post session.Timepoint: 5mmHg

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To identify individualâ??s cardiorespiratory fitness and later subgroup them 2.To identify the Heart rate Variability, Heart Rate recovery and Rating of Perceived Exertion 3.And to estimate Cardiac Output Timepoint: Heart rate Recovery by 12 beats/min
