Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. nulliparous females 2. participating in amateur team sports( racquet ball over net games, kho-kho,kabadi)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with irregular menstrual cycle. 2.Diagnosed with Dysmenorrhea 3.Diagnosis of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Cardiovascular, Systemic conditions that could affect athletic performance.
