Health Condition 1: K600- Acute anal fissure

Interventions

Intervention1: Local application of Yashtimadhu taila ( Pichu) in fissure bed (Parikartika): Local application of Yashtimadhu taila ( Pichu) in fissure bed (Parikartika) twice a day after sitz bath

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of Parikartika (Acute fissure in ano) having duration less than upto 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fissure-in-ano having duration- more than 4 weeks. Age group less than18 years and greater than 60 years. Patient suffering from malignancy. Patient suffering from HIV, VDRL, Hepatitis-B, T.B. HCV. Fissure-in-ano associated with piles & fistula.) • Multiple fissure in ano. • Uncontrolled cases of Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension, ulcerative colitis, STD.
