Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients aged >20 years & • Consenting patients. • BMI between 20 to 30. • Incision length greater than 14cms. • No abdominal adhesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 80 years 2) Intra Abdominal infections or adhesions. 3)No previous abdominal surgeries. 4)Patients with sepsis. 5) Patients with coagulopathy. 6) Patient refusal.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare post-operative VAS score every two hours for next 48 hours between both the groups.Timepoint: 48 hours

MeasureTime frame
To compare postoperative morphine, need as rescue analgesia. â?¢ To compare hemodynamic between both groups.Timepoint: 48 hours
