Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being diagnosed with stroke by CT scan or MRI. Being 6 months after stroke. Being able to understand verbal instructions and follow two step commands. Exhibiting severe to mild unilateral upper limb paresis. Having predominant spasticity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: significant impairments in visual acuity, visual perception & unilateral neglect. unstable medical conditions including unstable angina, symptomatic cardiac failure, uncontrolled hypertension, major post stroke depression, active neoplastic disease, significant orthopedic or chronic pain. received botulinum toxin injections prior to the study. Previously participated in robotic therapy in the upper extremities.

fugl meyer assesment upper extremity score. active range of motion of shoulder,elbow and forearm. power grip by dynometer. Timepoint: baseline-0 weeks post intervention-2 weeks review of patient-4 weeks
