Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants of either gender undergoing cardiac surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with existing pulmonary complications 2. Patients with neuromuscular or old known case of cerebrovascular accident or any other comorbidity that can affect the outcome measures. 3. Use of immunosuppressive medication for 30 days before surgery, 4. Previous cardiac or pulmonary surgery( 5. Uncooperative patient
