Intervention1: Yoga: There will be 5 Yoga sessions per week for 4 weeks. Each Yoga Session is for 45mins: a) Asana (25mins): Each posture is held for 5 regular breaths. 1. Swastikasana 2. Vajrasana 3

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Play an outdoor sport for 30 minutes at least 3 times per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals regularly practicing Yoga. Any known medical condition.
