Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -HCC -PS 0 or 1 or 2 -Child pugh score A or B7 -Expected survival more than 3 month -Willing to participate in study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Not fit for any HCC directed treatment . -Inadequte tissue on biospy -Not willing for biopsy and blood sampling.

| The aim of the study is to better understand the biology of HCC tumors, 200 cases of HCC representing all TNM stages of the diesease will be examined. We want to understand the variability in genetic sequencing and immunohistochemistry among cohorts of HCC tissues with specific etiology, ethnicity, and stage will enable development of new therapies, prioritize therapeutic combinations, and generate patient stratification hypotheses.Timepoint: 36 Months | — |
