Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Post treatment patients of head and neck malignancy ( minimum 6 months after completion of treatment ) 2. Loco-regionally controlled 3. Age 18-75 years 4. Literate patients 5. ECOG 0,1,2 performance status 6. Willing to correspond for repeat assessment (for stage III)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having primary lesion of thyroid, parotid, salivary gland, para-nasal sinus, skull base 2.Dysphagia of other causes 3.Age 75 years 4.Illiterate patients 5.ECOG status >2 6.Presence of feeding tube
