Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed as a case of fistula in ano viz.single tract and low anal fistula Both male and female patients Age group 20-70 yrs. Fistulous Track of up to 6 cm length

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with fistula having multiple external openings High anal fistula Patients diagnosed with Crohns disease Patients with Ulcerative colitis Patients with Rectal prolapse Patients diagnosed with Ca of rectum HIV positive patient HbsAg positive patient Patients having other concurrent diseases of ano rectum like hemorrhoid fissure
