Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The primary objective is to assess the rate of canine retraction following modified Piezocision and conventional piezocisionTimepoint: 3 months | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The secondary objective is to compare the levels of Tumour Necrosing Factor α (TNF α) following canine retraction using conventional mechanics with extraction, retraction following interproximal reduction, conventional Piezocision and modified Piezocision. Timepoint: 4 pre activation T0, 7 days later T1, after 30 days T2, after 90 days T3 | — |
