Inclusion criteria: 10 to 40Yr age group of both gender. All types of deafness due to injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 40 Deafness due to any other cause like inj streptomycin side effects, diabetic neuropathy, Any Tumour OR Polyp.
