Interventions

Intervention1: biodentine apexification: 100 traumatized immature maxillary incisors with necrotic pulp will be treated with triple antibiotic paste for fifteen days and then thermoplastic obturation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: fractured immature permanent teeth with necrotic pulp

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient not willing for treatment review recall 2. patient with systemic diseases 3. periodontically compromised immature teeth 4. teeth which can cot be restored 5. vertically fractured teeth 6.severe internal resorption
