Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1) Knowing basic English. 2) Age between 18-26 yrs (Stroud et al., 2015). 3) Have no experience of practice of yoga before.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1) Physical and mental disabilities. 2) Missing fingers. 3) Have experience of practice of yoga. 4) Having any diseases.
