Intervention1: Epinephrine infusion as first line inotrope: Epinephrine infusion will be used as first line inotrope for fluid refractory shock. The starting dose will be 0.2 ug/kg/min and increments

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates diagnosed with fluid refractory shock.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital Heart defect. 2. Major congenital malformations. 3. Hypotension in first 24 hours of birth 4. Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy 5. Already on inotropic support at time of admission

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Primary outcome will be reversal of shock with first-line inotrope. Reversal of shock will be defined as Mean Blood pressure more than 10th centile and CFT lesser than 3seconds.Timepoint: reversal will be seen in 15 minutes of starting infusion at a particular dose.	—
