Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes as per ADA standards. 2. Age group of >=20 years to 70. Elders should be physically active.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing insulin treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding, or who had severe vascular, hepatic, renal diseases or cancer were excluded from the study. Patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD)7
