Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women between 18-45 years of age Having abnormal vaginal discharge associated with low backache, pruritus vulvae, pain in lower abdomen, dysuria, dyspareunia .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known systemic and metabolic diseases ,HIV,& Malignancy Pelvic pathologies and STIs except trichomoniasis Pregnant & Lactating Women OCP and IUCD insertion.
