Intervention1: Transfusion of blood products (Fresh Frozen Plasma/Cryoprecipitate/Random Donor Platelet)guided by TEG/ ROTEM during entire duration of liver transplant surgery: Transfusions performed

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing Liver transplant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non consenting patients 2.Co existent Chronic kidney disease 3.Coexistent bleeding or hypercoagulable disorders 4.Patients undergoing LT for Acute Liver failure 5.Patients who develop Primary Non function or need re exploration post operatively
