Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having clinical features of hypothyroidism with TSH Leval 6-20 IU in spite of on regular thyroxine. 2.known cases of hypothyroidism not more than 10yrs. 3.Patient fit for nasya or without any anatomical deformity of nasal passage. 4.Patient fit for nasya as per text (Charaka Siddhi Sthana 2/22)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating mothers 2.Secondary hypothyroidism 3.Patient having any other major complicated disease like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cardiac diseases, tuberculosis, AIDS, cancer. 4.Patient unfit for nasya as per classical text.
