Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: signs and symptoms of Karnanada (Tinnitus) describe as Ayurvedic text â?? Different type of sound sensation in ear like, Bheri (Cuttle drum sound), Mrudunga (Roaring sensation), Shankha (Ringing sensation) and Modern text - Roaring, wishting, rustling or clicking type of noise in ear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from any chronic debilitating disease like DM, HTN, KOCHâ??S and with other ear pathologies Cases which required surgical intervention CSOM Otomycosis
