Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1: Individual with age range between 61-70 yrs without diabetes mellitus Should be a Native Kannada speaker (A Dravidian language spoken majorly in Karnataka) Group 2: Individuals with age range between 61- 70 yrs Diagnosed Type 2 diabetic patients which will be screened using glycosylated hemoglobintest (Above 6.5%) Duration of the disease should be minimum of 1year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cerebro Vascular Accident 2.Brain disorders 3.Ischemic heart diseases 4.Subjective report of hearing loss and middle ear dysfunction 5.Individuals with stuttering Depression
