Intervention1: Group A will be treated with cryoflow (IR guided).: Cryoflow (IR guided) treatment protocol: 14 degree Celsius temperature â?? 10 minutes Size of Nozzle -15 mm according to cryoflow IR

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Limitation of passive ROM in glenohumeral joint compared with unaffected side, more than 30 degrees for at least 2 of these 3 movements: flexion, abduction and external rotation. 2.Patients who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Patient with rotator cuff tear and other shoulder ligament injuries. •History of any arthritis related to shoulder. •Malignancy •Fracture in and around shoulder. •Any neurological disorder.
