Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with functional scoliosis causing alterations in respiration pattern, blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety and depression score. 2. Blood pressure > 130/90 3. Moderate & severe depression, anxiety and stress score 4. Age group between 18-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psychiatric conditions like Schizophrenia, OCDââ?¬•s (obsessive compulsive disorders) & bipolar disorders and communication disorders. 2. Osteoporosis 3. Recent injuries like fractures, grade 3 ligament injuries. 4. Vascular: aortic aneurism, bleeding into joints 5. Hypermobility 6. Red flag signs.
