Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Arshaâ??s which are of Mrudu (soft), Prasruta (Extensive), Avagadha (deeply situated), Uchrita(projected). ii. Diagnosed patients of 1st and 2nd degree haemorrhoids from Shalyatantra OPD and IPD within age groups 18 to 60 years. iii. Selection will be irrespective of gender, religion, education and socio-economic status, were included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Patients suffering from Ca rectum. ii. Patients with uncontrolled DM. iii. Patients with 3rd and 4th degree hemorrhoidsâ?? and interno-external hemorrhoidsâ??. iv. Known cases of portal hypertension will be excluded.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the effect of Arka KsharPratisaran and Apamarga kshar pratisaran in the reduction of size of Arsha.Timepoint: Reduction in pile mass will be observed on 1st , 7th and 14 th day after procedure.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the effects on per rectal bleeding by pratisarniya kshar.Timepoint: Will be observed on 1st , 7th and 14 th day after procedure.;To study the effect of Apamarga Kshar Pratisaran in Arsha.Timepoint: Will be observed on 1st , 7th and 14 th day after procedure.
