Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult consenting patients of 18years of age and above, suffering from psoriasis vulgaris, who are initiated on methotrexate and topical steroids (Clobetasol propionate 0.5% cream in 30/70 concentration) or bath-PUVA with topical steroids (Clobetasolbpropionate 0.5% cream in 30/70 concentration) as part of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on systemic and topical agents, (except topical steroids) which will precipitate/treat psoriasis. Wash out period of 4 half lives will be considered in case of previously treated patients. 2. Children less than 18 years of age 3. Pregnant and lactating women 4. Severe systemic comorbidities.

MeasureTime frame
OBJECTIVE: 1. To assess the number of sessions needed to achieve PASI50 /PASI75/ PASI 100 with bath PUVA and number of doses of methotrexate for the same. 2. To assess the time duration for relapse after the aforementioned control of the disease with bath-PUVA and methotrexate 3. To assess the side effects and patient satisfaction with bath-PUVA and methotrexate.Timepoint: less than 1 yr
