Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients of age group 18 to 60 years. 2) Body Mass Index (BMI) >25 kg/m2 to 40 kg/m2 3) Gender: Both (Male and female) 4) Willing and able to participate in the study for 30 days. 5) Patient selection will be irrespective of season and prakriti also.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient having B.M.I. (Body mass index) below 25. 2) Pregnant and lactating women. 3) Sthaulya (Obese) patients having genetic cause (Beeja Dosha). 4) Sthaulya (Obese) patients having cardiac complications, diabetes mellitus, malignancy and hormonal problems like thyroids.
