Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective short durational surgeries ( TURP, DJ Stenting, URSL, Perianal abscess, Gluteal abscess, LAS ) American Society of Anaesthesiologist I or II Patient willing for regional anaesthesia and fear of general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal for spinal anaesthesia Coagulopathy or bleeding diathesis Infection at the site of injection Sepsis Pre existing neurological deficit Severe hypovolemia Chronic renal disorder ( hypervolemia, acidosis, hypernatremia )
