Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pediatric patients, aged 0-12 years, receiving caudal epidural block in our Operation Theatre during the study period All elective and emergency cases receiving caudal block whether as sole anesthetic or along with General anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents and children refusal to participate in study.

â?¢ Incidence of the delayed complications like sacral pain,nausea ,vomiting,pturitus and respiratory depression from postoperative period till 15 days after surgery. â?¢ To evaluate the incidence of any temporary or permanent neurological sequelae. â?¢ To study other demographic profile like type and dosage of drugs and additive used, and needle used Timepoint: 15days
