Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years or older (2) Patients with mediastinal or hilar lymphadepathy with Lymph Node size greater than 0.5cm in short axis on EBUS (3)Patients giving consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cardiovascular comorbidities (IHD, MI, uncontrolled HTN) (2) Patients with deranged coagulation profile
