Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Males and females will be selected Patient will be selected from the age group 20-50 yrs All cases who undergo planned hemmorhoidectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below the age of 20 years and above the 50 years. Known cases of Diabetes mellitus (Madhumeha),Hyperthyroidism, Thyrotoxicosis, Nephrotic syndrome, Hypertension, Cardiac patients, Gouty arthritis, Infectious diseases, Endocrinal and CNS disorders. Patients having secondary infections of hemorrhoids
