Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having moderate to severe periodontitis with probing depth more than 5mm in consecutive three teeth, at least two quadrants and demonstrate acceptable oral hygiene.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having known systemic disease and/or drug therapy which may interfere with wound healing, drug allergies to any medication used in the study, smoking, tobacco chewing or any other habit that might influence the study. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
