Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed cases of Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Normal ECG Baseline ejection fraction more than or equal to 55 percentage Given written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of treatment with cardiotoxic drugs Previous history of irradiation over mediastinum Patients with history of cardiovascular events like stroke acute coronary syndrome (ACS) Patients with evidence of the presence of cardiovascular disease symptomatic ischemic heart disease (IHD) heart failure (HF) arrhythmia Patients with family history of cardiomyopathy or any other malignancy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Dyspnea on exertion orthopnea paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea chest pain pedal edema basal crepitation and Sâ?? gallop. ECG findings including ST segment changes flattening of T wave prolongation of QT interval and arrhythmia. Echocardiography findings including decline in resting left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) to less than 50 percentage or a decline in LVEF of more than or equal to 10 percentage from baseline.Timepoint: Each patient will be asses afer completing 3rd cycle (9 weeks), after completing 6th cycle (18 weeks)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame

Echocardiography findings including decline in resting left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) to less than 50 percentage or a decline in LVEF of more than or equal to 10 percentage from baseline.Timepoint: with in 1 year of treatment
