Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: � Neck pain for more than 3 months. � Patients willing and able to participate in study. � Age: 20-60 years � Pain: 2 to 7 on NPRS � Working knowledge of English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: � Any other neurological and cognitive disorder. � History of any cardiac and spinal surgery in past year. � Patients with any cognitive impairments that would limit their participation. � Patients on medication which affect sleep. � Pregnancy � Orthopedics problem leading to pain and disability � Patients which are already diagnosed with sleep disorders � Any skin disease that will limits the electrode placements.

sleep parameters by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Pittsburg Insomnia Rating Scale autonomic functioning by heart rate variablity,sustained isometric testing and orthostatic hypotensionTimepoint: sleep parameters on first day autonomic function testing on second day
