Inclusion criteria: AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANAESTHESIOLOGISTS GRADE 1 AND 2 CHILDREN LAPAROSCOPIC ABDOMINAL SURGERIES WEIGHING 10- 20 KILOGRAMS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: HISTORY OF ALLERGY TO LOCAL ANAESTHETICS HISTORY OF SEIZURES HISTORY OF CARDIAC DISEASES
