Intervention1: Single leg hop test: The participant has to hop on 1 leg for 10 seconds at a height of 10cm at a frequency of 2Hz. Control Intervention1: N/A: N/A

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational or competitive athletes playing any sport from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal injuries in the past 6 months contraindicating single leg hop test.
