Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinically diagnosed Parkinsons disease, Multisystem atrophy, Dementia of Lewy body.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with vascular causes of parkinsons disease. patients with structural brain anormalities, seizures. patients with history of alcohol/ drug abuse. patients with major physical/ neuropsychiatric disorders. other contraindications for MRI.

DTI Parameters - FA Will Be Correlated With Clinical Severity- ie UPDRS Motor Score (0-56) Modified Hoehn And Hahr Scoring (1 TO 5).Timepoint: Outcome Will Be Achieved At The End Of The Study.
