Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 & 2 Age 18 to 60yrs Gender include Both female & male Mallampati grade 1 2 3 4 Elective surgical procedures requiring NT intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent Age 60yrs Pediatric age group Pregnant females ASA grade 3 & 4 Patients with rhinostenosis bleeding tendencies Patients with poor pulmonary reserve where early desaturation is expected
