Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed Patient of parikartika (fissure in ano). II. Patient among the age group 20 to 60 yrs, irrespective of gender and social-economic status.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient having Parikartika, secondary to ulcerative colitis, crohnâ??s disease, T.B. will be excluded. ii. Patient with uncontrolled systemic disease as like as diabetes and hypertension will be excluded. iii. Patient with Ca rectum will be excluded. iv. Severely immunocompromised patient . v. Bleeding Disorder
