Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients clinically diagnosed by dermatologist as having psoriasis. 2. Age above 18 years. 3. Those who willing to participate and give their consent for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with psoriasis with co morbid skin conditions like drug reactions, lichen planus, vitiligo, burns etc 2. Patients with known history of mental illnesses and disabilities that can affect their mental state. 3. Patients with chronic medical or surgical conditions. 4. Languages difficulty to understand and complete questionnaire.

MeasureTime frame
Beck depression inventory for depression. Body image concern inventory for body dysmorphic concern. Rosenberg self esteem scale for level of esteem. Dermatology quality of life index for effect of psoriasis on quality of life.Timepoint: Beck depression inventory score is 2 weeks. Body image concern inventory score is 1 week Rosenberg self esteem scale is 1 week Dermatology quality of life index is 1 week
