Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Berg balance score: 21-40 (moderate balance impairment) 2.Previous history of >2 falls 3.Subjects able to walk independently without any support 4.Willing to participate in the exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mental disorders and cognitive impairment (MoCA 2.History of neurological disorder such as Stroke, Parkinson disease etc. 3.Recent surgeries and trauma within 6 months 4.Significant hearing and visual impairment 5.Subjects with recent musculoskeletal disorders
